1. About This Form
This form is optional. Our Terms of Service already allow SimonaitStudios ("we," "us") to use photographs from your Session in our portfolio and on our website and social media, subject to your right to opt out. This release gives us your choices in writing and lets you approve additional uses, such as paid advertising. You may decline any use listed below, and declining will never affect the quality of your Session or your Deliverables.

Not permitted. Unless you separately agree in writing, we will not sell your image to third parties as stock photography, and we will not use it to train artificial intelligence systems.
4. Terms of This Release
Permission. For each use you initialed, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit (for example, crop and color grade), caption, and display your likeness, voice, and the photographs and video in which you appear.
No payment. You are not entitled to payment or royalties for these uses.
Ownership. We own the copyright in all photographs and video we create. This release does not transfer ownership to you.
Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing noahsimonait7@gmail.com. After we receive your request, we will stop new uses and remove the images from our website and social media accounts within a reasonable time, normally within 14 days. We cannot recall material that has already been printed or distributed, or content that other people have shared or reposted.
Social media platforms. Content posted on a social media platform is also subject to that platform's terms, and other users may copy or share it.
No obligation to use. We are not required to use any image of you.
Release of claims. To the extent the law allows, you release SimonaitStudios from claims for invasion of privacy, misappropriation of likeness, or violation of the right of publicity that arise from the uses you approved. This does not release claims for any use you did not approve, or for negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Capacity. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to sign this release.
Privacy. We handle the information on this form as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and signature. Michigan law governs this release. Typing your name or signing electronically has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
